To our 24 chosen founders. The Founder Institute Chapter in Dublin is well under way! Having carried through with some rapid public events over the past weeks, the effort has clearly paid off. Funnelling through some of the most promising 'soon-to-be' entrepreneurs to take that leap of faith, and apply themselves to the fullest. Hopefully these ladies and gents find their way in the minefield that is entrepreneurship. The next 3.5 months won't be easy. But the next 10 years that follow? Way harder! So gloves off. And game on :)

Blockchain.
A topic where everyone from your grand aunt to your neighbourhood postman has an opinion (hashtag #trending). An infrastructural framework that promises to give so much. But what is it really, and is it as big as it's made out to be? As big as the dawn of the Internet? As big as the advent of the Cloud? Are you still confusing blockchain with bitcoin and can't tell the difference? Or perhaps you're a little further along but in need of some cold hard facts (How the heck do I get an ICO up and running!?) Pretty last minute, but we've got an exciting little get together tonight, 1st November, from 6.30pm at Dublin City Council's Woodquay venue. Bringing together some of the most exposed minds on the matter, we're so happy to be introducing: Charlie Sherlock of checkitsreal Greg Chew and Aidan Finn of QPQ Limited Guilherme Campos of ConsenSys and Mai Santamaria from the Irish Department of Finance.
